Athletes such as Mo Farah have long been including aqua-running in their training programs and Rf examines exactly why running in water is a great way to train.

The article explores the various ways that aqua-running can be performed, the benefits that water brings, getting the technique right and much more.

H2O Physio runs a Sports Program, specifically designed to help runners improve their performance or come back from injury quicker. It combines aqua-running with physiotherapy assessment and treatment as required.
