Prehabilitation

“Prehabilitation” or injury prevention classes include kinesthetic training, posture correction exercises, core stability and gluteal strength exercises, depending on individual needs. This can be done on a one-to-one basis or in a class environment.

Strengthening and conditioning training

The strengthening and conditioning program of any athlete plays an important role in injury prevention and performance enhancement. We can help you focus on improving speed, agility, explosive power, strength and anaerobic capacity.

Hydrotherapy training

Our underwater treadmills provide the ideal way to train. Water resistance promotes high-intensity exercise without putting stress on joints. And as water lacks the gravitational pull of land, staying upright requires you to use opposing muscles for every action. Core muscles are automatically activated, which makes the lower abs and obliques work a lot harder.

Sports massage

Sports massage is not only effective for injury recovery but also to maintain good muscle health. A regular treatment programme concentrates on particular muscle groups to help maintain or improve range of motion and muscle flexibility.
